Policy and Terms
All customer content created in production will be deleted from our storage drives ninety days from fulfillment of contracts and delivery of media content by Last Highway Films. Last Highway Films in not liable for any content created that does not meet with any broadcast standards or state and Federal regulations. Severability: In the event of any dispute arising only a 50% refund will be returned. Any content created will be returned in the current state that it’s in at the time of severance. Clients or subcontractors will not bring suit and hold harmless Last Highway Films for any production delays, actions or content created. Client will carry (GL) general liability coverage during production and (E&O) errors and omissions insurance that extends coverage to any content created by Last Highway Films LLC and its subcontractors in perpetuity. Binding insurance coverage certificate for both GL and E&O must be shown listing Last Highway Films and its sub-contractors as additional insured before production starts. I agree that any dispute arising from this agreement or in any way associated with the production shall be brought only in the state or federal court located in Barrow County, Georgia, and I agree to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts for any such dispute. In any litigation in which the validity or enforceability of this agreement is contested, I agree that the non-prevailing party will pay all attorney’s fees and costs of the parties seeking to uphold the agreement. All talent and crew in front of or behind camera will require an actor release waiver form signed and submitted to Last highway Films before shooting. Content created by Last highway Films can be used in its own show reels, promotion, and display for future clients. This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
